Prestige Contractor Services recently completed a waterproofing and painting project at The Estuaries Condominiums in St. Augustine Beach Florida. Jose Pinto and Clay Ponder were very professional and nice to work with. We really appreciated their attention to detail and positive attitude. They were quick to respond and show up onsite to address any questions or concerns that arose. The workers onsite were extremely courteous and very conscientious as to minimize any disturbance to our residents. They maintained a safe and clean job site at all times. They were very accommodating to the needs of our owners especially when there were times of limited access. I have never had more compliments from owners in regards to the workers being friendly and doing such a great job. In most cases when hiring a contractor you have to find a compromise between cost and quality. In the case of Prestige Contractor Services you don't have to compromise. They were the lowest bid out of six contractors. They took only three months to complete the project, whereas, competitors wanted six months. Not only did they complete the project quicker and cheaper than competitors, they were also the best paint crew I have ever had the privilege of working with. The punch list for this project was the smallest I have ever had.
I highly recommend them to anyone for their future weatherproofing or painting projects. I manage 9 condo associations and in my ten years of doing this, they are without a shadow of a doubt the best paint crew I have ever worked with. I am happy to report that they did not have a single complaint during this entire project and had at least fifty compliments. I will definitely be using Orlando Prestige many more times to come in the future.

I want to thank you for our recent North Village Townhomes painting job. Everything looks so fresh and clean and everyone is quite pleased with the work. Prestige Orlando did an outstanding job and paid great attention to detail. Jose Pinto was accessible to deal with my concerns and his crew did an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone needing paint work and hope Celebration continues to use them.
